Karen Duffy

I am Senior Lecturer for Social Science and Citizenship PGCE at the Institute of Education, Manchester Metropolitan University, yes the one where you can train to teach psychology to 14- 19 !! I did teach psychology for 15 years prior to being in the "ivory tower" and have been an examiner for 12 years so it doesn't always follow that those who can't teach , teach teachers how to do it! Current research interest at the Institute of Education includes stress in teaching, so will not be able to use any ATP members in my sample!!!
